NOTIFICATION

(SALES TAX) 

              S. R. O. 475 (I)/2002. In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (a) of sub-section (2) of section 13 of the Sales Tax Act, 1990, the Federal Government is pleased to direct that the following further amendment shall be made in its Notification No. S. R. O. 211(I)/2002, dated 6^th April, 2002 and shall be deemed to have been so made on the 15^th June, 2002, namely: 

In the aforesaid Notification, for the figures, brackets, commas and words “416(I)/2001, dated the 18^th June, 2001”, the figures, brackets, commas and words “372(I)/2002, dated the 15^th June, 2002” shall be substituted.
