S.R.O. 343(I)/2002.- In exercise of the powers conferred by
clause (c) of section 4 of the Sales Tax Act, 1990, the Federal Government is
pleased to direct that the goods exempted under
section 13 of the aforesaid Act shall be charged to tax at the rate of zero
percent on their export by a manufacturer who makes local supplies of both
taxable and exempt goods.
