NOTIFICATION

(SALES TAX) 

S.R.O. 334(I)/2002. In exercise of the powers conferred by sections 30 and 31 of the Sales Tax Act, 1990, the Central Board of Revenue is pleased to appoint the following officers as officers of Sales Tax having jurisdiction over the cases relating to registered persons in the Large Taxpayers Unit specified in its Notification No. S.R.O. 350(I)/2002, dated the 15^th June, 2002 to exercise such powers and discharge such duties as are conferred on such officers under the Act and the rules made thereunder, namely: 

(a)        Director General of Large Taxpayers Unit, Karachi; and

(b)        Collectors, Additional Collectors, Deputy Collectors, Assistant Collectors, Superintendents, Senior Auditors, Deputy Superintendents and Auditors of Large Taxpayers Unit, Karachi.
