NOTIFICATION

(CUSTOMS / SALES TAX)

S.R.O. 749 (1)/2001:-            In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 19 of the Customs Act, 1969 (IV of 1969), and clause (a) of sub-section (2) of section 13 of the Sales Tax Act, 1990, the Federal Government is pleased to direct that in its Notification No. S.R.O. 320(I)/2001, dated 25^th May, 2001, the following amendments shall be made and shall be deemed to have been so made on the 25^th May, 2001, namely:- 

In the aforesaid Notification: -

(1)          in the first paragraph, in condition (ii), for the figures, words and commas “6^th October, 2001, to the 15^th October, 2001” the figures, words and commas “30^th March, 2002, to the 8^th April, 2002” shall be substituted; and
