S.R.O. 404(I)/2001.¾ In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (a) of sub-section (2) of section 13 of the Sales Tax Act, 1990, the Federal Government is pleased to direct that the following amendment shall be made in its Notification No. S.R.O. 849(I)/97, dated the 25^th September, 1997, namely:-

In the aforesaid Notification, the comma and words “, fixed tax” shall be omitted.
