(SALES TAX)

 

            S.R.O. 403(I)/2001.¾  In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (a) of sub-section (2) of section 13 of the Sales Tax Act, 1990, read with sub-section (3) of the said section, the Federal Government is pleased to rescind its Notification No.S.R.O. 579(I)/2000, dated the 21^st August, 2000, with immediate effect.
