NOTIFICATION

(SALES TAX)

                S.R.O. 339 (1)/2001.-    In exercise of the powers conferred by the first proviso to sub-section (46) of section 2 of the Sales Tax Act, 1990, the Central Board of Revenue is pleased to direct that the following amendment shall be made in its Notification No. S.R.O. 205(I)/2001, dated the 2^nd April 2001, namely:-

    In the aforesaid Notification, after the first paragraph, the following new paragraph shall be added, namely:-

            "2. This notification shall take effect from the 1^st April, 2001."
