NOTIFICATION

(SALES TAX)

S.R.O.686(I)/2000.¾ In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of section 13 of the Sales Tax Act, 1990, the Federal Government is pleased to direct that the following amendments shall be made in its Notification No.S.R.O. 614(I)/2000, dated the 2^nd September, 2000, namely:-

In the aforesaid Notification,¾

(1) in the first paragraph ¾

(i) for the figure and word, “30^th September” the figure and word “15^th October” shall be substituted; and

(ii) in clause (b) of the preamble for the figure and word “30^th September” the figure and word “15^th October” shall be substituted; and

(2) in paragraph 3 for the figure and word “30^th September” the figure and

word “15^th October” shall be substituted.
