NOTIFICATION
(SALES TAX)

SRO.677(I)/2000 – In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (b) of sub-section (1) of section 8 of the Sales Tax Act, 1990, the Federal Government is pleased to direct that the following further amendment shall be made in its notification SRO.578(I)/98, dated 12th June, 1998, namely:-

In the aforesaid Notification for serial No.(6) and the entry relating thereto the following shall be substituted, namely:-
 

                            "(6) Generators and generating sets, excluding generators and generating sets of 250KVA or above, acquired by a registered manufacturer for use in manufacture of taxable supplies".
