(SALES TAX)

 

 

 

                        S.R.O.601(I)/2000, In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (5) of section 3 of the Sales Tax Act, 1990, the Federal Government is pleased to levy extra tax at the rate of one percent ad valorem on, the import of, furnace oil.
