NOTIFICATION

(Sales Tax)

S.R.O. 438(I)/2000.--

In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (a) of sub-section (2) and sub-section (3) of section 13 of the Sales Tax Act, 1990, the Federal Government is pleased to exempt from payment of sales tax leviable on supplies made up to the 31st December, 1998, by the manufacturers of football bladders, subject to the following conditions, namely.-

(i)     the exemption from sales tax shall be allowed to those persons only who got themselves registered up to the 31st December, 1998; and

(ii)     this notification shall not entitle any registered person to refund of any tax, additional tax or penalty already paid.
