NOTIFICATION
(SALES TAX)

S.R.O. 512(I)/97.- In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (vi) of serial number 33 of the Sixth Schedule to the Sales Tax Act, 1990, the Federal Government is pleased to specify the raw materials and products of,-

(i) alloy steel;

(ii) medium alloy steel;

(iii) stainless steel; and

(iv) high carbon steel;

for the purposes of the said clause as are supplied in Pakistan by the distributors, wholesalers or retailers.
