NOTIFICATION
(SALES TAX)

S.R.O. 511(I)/97.- In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (iii) of serial number 33 of the Sixth Schedule to the Sales Tax Act, 1990, the Federal Government is pleased to specify ship plates, steel ingots, billets and castings, ship scrap (all kinds), slabs, cobble plates, steel bars, blooms, re-rollable scrap, used rails, shredded, bundled, heavy and light meltable scrap, hot rolled coils or sheets, cold rolled coils or sheets, galvanized plain coils or sheets and end-cuts to be raw materials of Mild Steel Products for the purposes of the said clause.
