SALES TAX
S.R.O.268(I)/97.-
In exercise of the powers conferrred by clause (a) of sub-section (2) of
section 13 of the Sales Tax Act, 1990, the Federal Government is pleased to
exempt from the whole of sales tax leviable on the import or supply of
certified cotton-seed, falling under PCT heading 1207.2000 of the First
Schedule to the Customs Act, 1969 (IV of 1969), exclusively meant for sowing
purposes.
