NOTIFICATION

(INCOME TAX)

 

                        S.R.O.78(I)/2006.- In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of section 53 of the Income Tax Ordinance, 2001 (XLIX of 2001), read with clause (9) of Part II of the Second Schedule thereto, the Federal Government is pleased to direct that the following amendment shall be made in the Notification No.SRO.638(I)/2005, dated 27th June, 2005, namely:-

                       

                        In the aforesaid Notification, in the Table:-

 

“ Serial No. 77 in column (1), and the entries relating thereto  

 

  in columns (2) and (3)  shall be omitted”.”
