NOTIFICATION

(INCOME TAX)

 

                        S.R.O.60(I)/2006.- In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of section 53 of the Income Tax Ordinance, 2001 (XLIX of 2001), the Federal Government is pleased to direct that in the Second Schedule to the said Ordinance, the following amendment shall be made and shall be deemed to have been so made on the 12th June, 2004, namely:-

                       

                        In the aforesaid Schedule, in Part-IV, in clause (56), after sub-clause (xv), the following new sub-clause shall be added, namely:-

                       

“ (xvi)    off-highway dump trucks and transit mixers.”
