NOTIFICATION

(Income Tax) 

                    S.R.O 1118(I)/2006.- In exercise of powers conferred by sub-section (2) of section 53 of the Income Tax Ordinance, 2001 (XLIX of 2001), the Federal Government is pleased to direct that the following further amendment shall be made in the Second Schedule to the said Ordinance, namely:- 

In the aforesaid Schedule, in Part II, in clause (13G), for sub-clause (xii) the following shall be substituted, namely:-

“(xii) Fully dedicated CNG buses (CBU) classified under PCT   heading 8702.1090 and 8702.9090 and agricultural tractors classified under PCT heading 8701.9020;”.
