 NOTIFICATION

(Income Tax)

              S.R.O.382(I)/2001.- In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of section 14 of the Income Tax Ordinance, 1979 (XXXI of 1979), the Federal Government is pleased to direct that the following further amendment shall be made in the Second Schedule to the said Ordinance, namely:-

               In the aforesaid Schedule, in Part IV, in clause (54), for the words, letters, figures, brackets and commas "Notification No.S.R.O.818(I)/89, dated the 9th August, 1989 and Notification No.S.R.O.954(I)/98 dated 7th September, 1998," the words, letters, brackets, figures and commas "Notification No.S.R.O.410(I)/2001, dated the 18th, 2001." shall be substituted.
