N O T I F I C A T I O N

(INCOME TAX)

S.R.O. 127(I) /2001 -

In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of section 14 of the Income Tax Ordinance, 1979 (XXXI of 1979), the Federal Government is pleased to direct that the following further amendment shall be made in the Second Schedule to the said Ordinance, namely :-

In the aforesaid Schedule, 

(a)    in Part I, in clause (102G), for the words "joint venture capital company" the words "venture capital company and venture capital fund" shall be substituted; and

(b)    in Part IV, in clause (32E), for the words "Joint Venture Capital Company" the words "venture capital company and venture capital fund" shall be substituted.
