NOTIFICATION

(Wealth Tax)

S.R.O. 722(I)/2000.- In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of section 5 of the Wealth Tax Act, 1963, (XV of 1963), the Federal Government is pleased to direct that the following amendment shall be made in the Second Schedule to the said Act, namely:-

In the aforesaid Schedule in Part-II, in clause (1A) for the figure and word “30^th September” the figure and word “15^th October”, shall be substituted.
