NOTIFICATION

(WEALTH TAX)

S.R.O.639 (I)/2000.- In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of section 5 of the Wealth Tax Act, 1963, (XV of 1963), the Federal Government is pleased to direct that the following further amendment shall be made in the Second Schedule to the said Act, namely: -

In the aforesaid Schedule, in Part-II, in clause (1A),-

(a) for the words “a new” the word “any” shall be substituted;

(b) for the word “June” the word “September” shall be substituted; and

(c) Explanation, at the end, shall be omitted.
