In exercise of the powers conferred by section 165A of the Income Tax Ordinance, 1979 (XXXI of 1979), the Central Board of Revenue is pleased to direct that the following further amendments shall be made in its Notification No. SRO 673(I)/91, dated the 21st July, 1991, namely :-

In the aforesaid Notification, after serial number (14) and the entries relating thereto in columns (1), (2) and (3) the following new serial number and the entries relating thereto shall be inserted namely :-

"14A. Computer training institution or computer training scheme for the purposes of clause (86B) of part I of the Second Schedule.
