In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-clause (3) of clause 62 of Part I of the Second Schedule to the Income Tax Ordinance, 1979 (XXXI of 1979), the Central Board Of Revenue is pleased to approve M/s. Al-Shifa Trust, Rawalpindi, for the purposes of said sub-clause for the assessment year 1999-2000.
