NOTIFICATION

(CUSTOMS)

S.R.O.        (I)/2006.- In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (3) of section 18  of the Customs Act,1969 (IV of 1969), the Federal Government is pleased to direct that the regulatory duty @ 5% on import of Durum Wheat under PCT 1001.1000 shall be levied.

            This Notification shall take effect from the 2^nd May, 2006.
