(CUSTOMS)

S.R.O.440(I)/2006.- In exercise of the powers conferred by section 19 of the Customs Act,1969 (IV of 1969), the Federal Government is pleased to direct that the following further amendments shall be made in its Notification No.S.R.O.567(I)/2005, dated the 6^th June,2005, namely:-

            In the aforesaid Notification, in Table-I, after serial number 16C in column (1) and the entries relating thereto in columns (2),(3),(4) and (5) the following new serial number and the entries relating thereto shall be inserted, namely:-

            “16D     2711.1100         Liquefied natural Gas      (LNG)                0%       Nil”.
