NOTIFICATION

(CUSTOMS)

S.R.O.411(I)/2006.- In exercise of the powers conferred by section 19 of the Customs Act,1969 (IV of 1969), the Federal Government is pleased to direct that the following further amendments shall be made in its Notification No.S.R.O.567(I)/2005, dated the 6^th June,2005, namely:-

In the aforesaid Notification, in Table-II,-

(a) against serial number 13, in column (1), in column (3), the existing entry shall be numbered as (i) and thereafter the following new entry shall be added, namely:-

“(ii) Dextrose (injectable grade and pharmaceutical grade)”; and

(b) serial number 56, in column (1) and the entries relating thereto in column (2), (3) and(40 shall be omitted.
