NOTIFICATION

(CUSTOMS / SALES TAX)

                        S.R.O.     (I)/2005.–– In exercise of the powers conferred by section 19 of the Customs Act, 1969 (IV of 1969), and sub-section (2) of section 13 of the Sales Tax Act, 1990, the Federal Government is pleased to make the following amendment in its Notification No. S.R.O. 1065(I)/2005, dated the 20^th October, 2005, and shall always be deemed to have been so made, namely:–

                        In the aforesaid Notification, in clause (xi), the words "by the Assistant Collector or Deputy Collector incharge of export station" shall be omitted.
