NOTIFICATION

(CUSTOMS)

            S.R.O.895(I)/2005.- In exercise of the powers conferred by section 98 of the Customs Act,1969 (IV of 1969), the Central Board of Revenue is pleased to direct that the following amendment shall be made in its Notification No.S.R.O.125(I)99, dated the 27^th February,1999, namely:-

            In the aforesaid Notification, in the Table, against S.No.30 in the first column, for the entry relating thereto in the second column the following shall be substituted, namely:-

            “Tobacco other than unmanufactured processed tobacco.”
