NOTIFICATION

(CUSTOMS/SALES TAX)

S.R.O. 578 (I)/2005.-  In exercise of the powers conferred by section 19 of the Customs Act, 1969 (IV of 1969), and clause (a) of sub-section (2) of section 13 of the Sales Tax Act, 1990, the Federal Government is pleased to rescind the following Notifications with immediate effect, namely: -

                             “1.     S.R.O. 433(I)/96,         dated                   13.06.1996

                             2.      S.R.O.749(I)/98,          dated                   29.06.1998

                             3.      S.R.O.438(I)/2001,      dated                   18.06.2001

                             4.      S.R.O.372(I)/2002,      dated                   15.06.2002

                             5.      S.R.O.455(I)/2004       dated                   12.06.2004

                             6.      S.R.O.457(I0/2004,     dated                   12.06.2004;and

                             7.      S.R.O.738(I)/2004,      dated                   28.08.2004”.
