NOTIFICATION

(CUSTOMS)

S.R.O.47(I)/2005.- In exercise of the powers conferred by  section 19 of the Customs Act, 1969 (IV of 1969), the Federal Government is pleased to direct that the following further amendments shall be made in its Notification No. S.R.O. 457(I)/2004, dated the 12^th June, 2004, namely:-

In the aforesaid Notification, in the Table, after S.No. 130, in column (1) and the entries relating thereto in columns (2), (3), (4) and (5) , the following new serial numbers and the entries relating thereto  shall be added, namely:-

“131.                 Blankets (acrylic)           6301.4000         15% ad val.                   Nil.

132.                Acrylic Yarn of 32          5509.6900         5% ad val.               If  imported

to 40 metric count                                                                for self

consumption

by blanket

manufacturers.”
