S.R.O. 02(I)/2004.-  In exercise of the powers conferred by section 19 of the Customs Act,1969 (IV of 1969), the Federal Government is pleased to exempt raw-sugar falling under PCT heading No.17.01 from whole of customs duty specified in the First Schedule to the said Act.
