S.R.O. 144 (I)/2005.- In exercise of the powers conferred by section 19 of the Customs Act, 1969 (IV of 1969), the Federal Government is pleased to exempt refined sugar falling under PCT heading No.1701.9910, from the whole of customs-duty specified in the first Schedule to the said Act.
