NOTIFICATION

(CUSTOMS)

S.R.O.1108(I)/2005.-  In exercise of the powers conferred by section 19 of the Customs Act, 1969 (IV of 1969), and sub-section (2) of section 13 of the Sales Tax Act, 1990, the Federal Government is pleased to direct that the following further amendment shall be made in its Notification No. S.R.O. 575(I)/2005, dated the 6^th June, 2005, namely:-

                        In the aforesaid Notification.-

(1) in condition (i), for the figures and word “24 and 25” the figures, comma and words “24, 25 and 27” shall be substituted; and

(2) in the Table, after Sr.No.26, in column (1), and the entries relating thereto in columns (2), (3) , (4) and (5), the following new serial number and the entries relating thereto shall be added , namely:-
