NOTIFICATION

(CUSTOMS)

 

                        S.R.O. 579 (I)/2005.-  In exercise of the powers conferred by section 19 of the Customs Act, 1969 (IV of 1969), and clause (a) of sub-section (2) of section 13 of the Sales Tax Act, 1990, the Federal Government is pleased to rescind the following Notifications with immediate effect, namely: -

 

                                    “1.        S.R.O.  38(I)/98,dated the 21st January, 1998; and

2.                S.R.O. 460(I)/2004, dated the 12th June, 2004.”.

              S.R.O. 581(I)/2005.-  In exercise of the powers conferred by section 19 of the Customs Act, 1969 (IV of 1969), and sub-section (1) of section 13 of the Sales Tax Act, 1990, the Federal Government is pleased to rescind its Notification No. S.R.O. 287(I)/96, dated the 9th May, 1996, with immediate effect.
