NOTIFICATION

(CUSTOMS)

                     S.R.O (I)/2004- In exercise of the powers conferred by section 181 of the Customs Act, 1969 (IV of 1969), the Central Board of Revenue is pleased to direct that the following further amendment shall be made in its Notification No. S.R.O. 374(I)/2002, dated the 15^th June, 2002, namely:-

                        In the aforesaid Notification, in clause (a), after the world “Appendix-A”, the words and letter” and Indian origin goods other than those cover in Appendix-B” shall be inserted.
