NOTIFICATION

(CUSTOMS)

S.R.O. 737(I)/2004. – In exercise of the powers conferred by section 19 of the Customs Act, 1969 (IV of 19699), and clause (a) of sub-section (2) of section 13 of the Sales Tax Act, 1990, the Federal Government is pleased to direct that the following further amendments shall be made in its Notification No. SRO 460(I)/2004, dated that 12^th June, 2004, namely: -

In the aforesaid Notification: -

(a) in the preamble, after the word “companies” the words “or” their authorized operators or contractors” shall be inserted;

(b) in condition (v), after the word “Pakistan” the words “or Provincial Government” shall be inserted; and

(c) in condition (viii), after the word “companies” the words “or their authorized operators or contractors” shall be inserted.
