                        S.R.O.  528(I)/2004 In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (I) of the section 3 of the Imports and Export (Control) Act, 1950 (XXXIX of 1950) , the Federal Government is pleased to direct that the following further amendment shall be made in the  Textile Quota Management Policy Order 2001 namely:-

 

     In the aforesaid Order, in paragraph 7 in sub-paragraph (2), in the-provision after the world “transferable” the following shall be inserted, namely:-

 

     “except the quantities obtained on the auctions for 2004 which shall be transferable after 3rd growth quota auction onwards”.
