                        S.R.O.  353(I)/2004 In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (I) of the section 3 of the Imports and Export (Control) Act, 1950 (IXXXIX of 1950) , the Federal Government is pleased to direct that the following further amendment shall be made in the  Export Policy and Procedures Order 2000 namely:-  

     In the aforesaid Order, in schedule (III), in column (I), the following S.No, and corresponding entries relating there of in column (2) and 13 shall be inserted, namely:-  

     “1    Wheat               Except wheat imported by UN or other relief agencies for re-export to Afghanistan as relief goods”.
