NOTIFICATION

(CUSTOMS)

 

                        SRO   (I)/2004: – In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (c) of sub-section (1) of section 78 of the Customs Act, 1969 (IV of 1969), the Central Board of Revenue is pleased to allow M/s Namal Container Terminal (Pvt) Ltd. to set up a Container Freight Station at plot No. NWZ/1/P-217 (A-2 C.F.S) North Western Industrial Zone, Port Muhammad Bin Qasim, Karachi for handling the containerized cargo of iron and steel scrape imported through M/s QICT at Port Muhammad Bin Qasim, subject to fulfillment of all the conditions as notified by Collector of Customs, Port Muhammad Bin Qasim through a Standing Order issued from time to time.
