(CUSTOMS)

 

                                                                                               

                        S.R.O.  (I)/2004-: In exercise of powers conferred by section 19 of the Customs Act 1969(IV of 1969), the Federal Government is pleased to direct that the following further amendments shall be made in its Notification No. S.R.O..457(I)/2004, dated the 12th June, 2004, namely:-

 

 

                        In the aforesaid Notification, in the Table, after S.No. 123, in column (1) and the entries relating thereto in columns (2), (3), (4) and (5), the following new serial number and the entries relating thereto shall be added, namely:-

 

“129      Instant Coffee                2101.1110         10% ad val                    NIL.

     and

2101.1120

 

130       Green Tea in bulk           0902.2000         10% ad val                    NIL”.
