NOTIFICATION

(CUSTOMS)

 

                        S.R.O.  (I)/2003 In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (b) and (c) of section 9 of the Customs Act 1969(iv of 1969), the Central board of revenue is pleased to direct that the following further amendment shall be made in its Notification No. S.R.O. 102(1)/63, dated the 12th Febuary,1983, namely:-

 

                        In the aforesaid Notification, in the SCHEDULE, in column 1, in part D after entry 8 and entries relating thereto in column 2 and 3, the following shall be inserted namely:

 

“9 Ghulam khan             Miran Shah Bannu route            (a)        All goods from Afghanistan                                           

                                                                                               and

(b)        All goods to Afghanistan except goods on which duty draw back is admissible”.
