NOTIFICATION

(CUSTOMS)

 

                        SRO   (I)/2004: – In exercise of the powers conferred by section 19 of the Customs Act, 1969 (IV of 1969), and clause (a) of sub-section (2) of section 13 of the Sales Tax Act, 1990, the Federal Government is pleased to direct that the following further amendments shall be made in its Notification No, S.R.O. 38 (I)/98, dated the 21st January, 1998, namely:-

 

In the aforesaid Notification, -

(1)        in Table-I, after Sr. No. 53, in column (1) and the entries relating thereto in column (2), (3) and (4), the following new serial number and the entries relating thereto shall be added, namely: -

“54.            Chicago            pneumatic CP 839 HP               -do-

                  Tool Company; U.S.A.

 55.             M/s Delta Compression IO DM 115-5-               -do-

                       

(2)      in Table –II, after Sr. No. 48, in column (1) and the entries relating thereto in column              (2), (3) and (4), the following new serial number and the entries relating thereto shall be added, namely: -

 

“49.            M/s Delta                       AS-120-S1                  -do-

 

(3)    in Table-IV, after Sr. No. 13 in column (1) and the entries relating thereto in column (2), (3) and (4), the following new serial number and the entries relating thereto shall be added, namely: -

“14             Everest Kanto Cylinder         NZ-5454-1989        SGS”.
