(CUSTOMS)

SRO (I)/2004: – In exercise of the powers conferred by section 19 of the Customs Act, 1969 (IV of 1969), and clause (a) of sub-section (2) of section 13 of the Sales Tax Act, 1990, the Federal Government is pleased to direct that the following amendment shall be deemed to have always been so made, in its Notification No, S.R.O. 38 (I)/98, dated the 21^st January, 1998, namely:-

In the aforesaid Notification, in the Indemnity Bond, in the second paragraph, the words “conversion kits and cylinder” shall be omitted.
