NOTIFICATION

(CUSTOMS)

 

                        S.R.O.  (I)/2003 In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (b) of section 9 and clause (a) of section 10 of the Customs Act, 1969 (IV of 1969), the Central board of Revenue is pleased to declare an area measuring five kanals and ten marlas at Mouza Anayat Pur, Ali Pur  Road, Muzaffargarah as customs station under the aegis of Multan Dry Port Trust for export purposes only and to specify the following to be the limits of the aforesaid customs station, namely:-

 

(a)        to the North                  :           agricultural land owned by Mr. Ayaz Hussain

             and Mr. Safdar Hussain, s/o Mr. Saeed Ahmed;

 

            (b)        to the South                   :           residence of Mr. Ghulam Hussain and

agricultural land of Sh. Sharafat;

 

            (c)        to the East                    :           All Pur Road (Highway); and

           

            (d)        to the West                   :           agricultural land owned by Mr. Ayyaz Hussain

and Mr. Safdar Hussain s/o Mr. Saeed Ahmed.
