NOTIFICATION

(CUSTOMS)

 

                        SRO   (I)/2004: – In exercise of the powers conferred by section 19 of the Customs Act, 1969 (IV of 1969), the federal government is pleased to direct that the following further amendments shall be made in its Notification No. SRO 372(I)/2002, dated the 15th June, 2002, namely; -

 

In the aforesaid Notification, in Table I.-

 

(I)        after Sl.No.16, in column (1), and the entries relating thereto in column (2) and (3), the following new serial number and the entries relating thereto shall be inserted,  namely:-

“16A                            Benzyl Penicillin Sodium/Potassium        2941.1000.”:

 

(II)              after Sl.No.100A, in column (1), and the entries relating thereto in column (2) and (3), the following new serial number and the entries relating thereto shall be inserted,  namely:-

“100B                           Penicillin V. Potassium                          2941.1000.”:

 

after Sl.No.100A, in column (1), and the entries relating thereto in column (2) and (3), the following new serial number and the entries relating thereto shall be inserted,  namely:-

“100C               Polysaccharide Iron Complex                 3824.9099.”: and

 

(III)            after Sl.No.101, in column (1), and the entries relating thereto in column (2) and (3), the following new serial number and the entries relating thereto shall be inserted,  namely:-

“16A    Procaine Penicillin G. Fortified Sodium/Potassium            2941.1000.”:
