NOTIFICATION

(CUSTOMS)

 

                        S.R.O     (I)/2004, In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (c) of section 21 of the Customs Act 1969(IV of 1969), the Central Board of Revenue is pleased to direct that the following further amendment shall be made in Notification No. S.R.O. 414(I)/2001, dated the 18th June, 2001, namely:-

 

            In the aforesaid Notification, for Schedule XXI, the following shall be substituted, namely:-

 

“SCHEDULE XXI
