NOTIFICATION

(CUSTOMS)

 

                        S.R.O     (I)/2004, In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (c) of section 21 of the Customs Act 1969(IV of 1969), the Central Board of Revenue is pleased to direct that the following further amendment shall be made in Notification No. S.R.O. 415(I)/2001, dated the 18th June, 2001, namely:-

 

            In the aforesaid Notification, for Schedule LI, the following shall be substituted, namely:-

 

“SCHEDULE LI

Note:-              The repayment of customs-duties allowed under this notification is admissible to the extent of imported gold content used in the manufacture of jewelry exported.”
