ORDER

 

 

S.R.O  (I) 2004 – In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (I) of section 3 of the Imports and Export (Control) Act, 1950 (XXXIX of 1950), the Federal Government is pleased to direct that the following further amendment shall be made in the Import Policy Order, 2004, namely:-

In the aforesaid Order, in paragraph 16, in clause A, in sub-clause (v), after the words, “Hong Kong”, comma and words, “Malaysia and South Africa” shall be inserted..
