NOTIFICATION

(CUSTOMS)

                     S.R.O 48 (I)/2003—In exercise of the powers conferred by section 19 of the Customs Act, 1969 (IV of 1969), the Federal Government is pleased that the following further amendments shall be made in its Notification No. S.R.O. 372(I)/2002, dated the 15th June, 2002, namely:-

 

In the aforesaid Notification, in TABLE III,-

 

      (a)  in list A

 

(i)         after Sl.No. 31, in column (1), and entries relating thereto in columns (2), the following new serial numbers and entries relating thereto shall be inserted namely:-

 

                        “31A    Benzoy1 Chloride.” ;

 

(ii)        after Sl.No. 93, in column (1), and entries relating thereto in columns (2), the following new serial number and entries relating thereto shall be inserted, namely:-

 

             “93A     Hexamethyldisilazane.” ;

 

(iii)       after Sl.No. 98, in column (1), and entries relating thereto in columns (2), the following new serial number and entries relating thereto shall be inserted, namely:-

 

                                                 “98A     Imidazole.” ;

 

(iv)       after Sl.No. 119, in column (1), and entries relating thereto in columns (2), the following new serial number and entries relating thereto shall be inserted, namely:-

 

                                                 “119A   Methyl Chloroformate.” ;

 

(v)        after Sl.No. 139, in column (1), and entries relating thereto in columns (2), the following new serial number and entries relating thereto shall be inserted, namely:-

 

                                                 “139A   N-Methyl Morpholine.” ;

 

(vi)       after Sl.No. 191, in column (1), and entries relating thereto in columns (2), the following new serial number and entries relating thereto shall be inserted, namely:-

 

                                                 “191A   Sodium metabisulphite.” ;

 

(vii)      after Sl.No. 213, in column (1), and entries relating thereto in columns (2), the following new serial number and entries relating thereto shall be inserted, namely:-

 

                                                 “213A   Trimethyl chlorosilane.” ;         and

 

(b)        in list B after Sl.No.9, in column (1), and entries relating thereto in columns (2), the following new serial number and entries relating thereto shall be inserted, namely:-

                                    “9A        Cefadroxil.” ;
