NOTIFICATION

(CUSTOMS)

 

 

S.R.O.  (I)/2003, In exercise of the powers conferred by section 219 of             the Customs Act, 1969, (IV of 1969) the Central Board of Revenue is pleased to direct that the following further amendments shall be made in the Customs Rules, 2001, namely:

 

In the aforesaid Rules, in rule 34, under heading “(C) Dutiable allowances” , after clause (iii), the following new clause shall be added, namely:-

 

“(iv)      Second-hand or used medical equipment, dialysis machines, reverse osmosis equipment and other simlar electro medical equipment without age-limit of such machinery or equipment imported by overseas returning Pakistani doctors”.
